Plastic materials molding from A to Z

“The customer can come in the company even with just an idea: we think of everything that is needed to realise the finished product, including the selection of the most suitable material”. This is how Antonella Zonetti, owner of the Ansa Compositi Group, describes the activities of her companies. “Thanks to the fifty years experience – says Zonetti – and to a car fleet of 10 to 1500 tons, we are able to transform every family of thermoplastic technopolymer and thermosetting composites, and we develop new ones based on the customer’s needs, in collaboration with the research centers of universities and our suppliers. Among the latest technological innovations there is undoubtedly the substitution of aluminum with the most advantageous and performing thermosetting; this still little known solution allows to optimize the costs of realization and improve the performance of the products. The process of creating molds and manufactured products was born in the offices of our technicians who deal with the design with CAD / CAM VISI and CATIA V5 systems”.
